What we collect

• Account email — to create your account and send sign-in links.
• Usage metadata — MLS number, timestamp, and authorization attestation for each prefill, to meter usage and maintain a compliance record.
• Billing data — handled by Stripe; we store only a customer reference and subscription status, never card numbers.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
• We don't persist MLS listing content or photos long-term; they're processed transiently to prefill your listing.

Sharing

We share data only with processors needed to run the service (e.g., Stripe for billing). Listing data comes from your authorized MLS feed and is posted only where you choose to publish it.

Retention & your rights

You can request access to or deletion of your account data by contacting us.
