Privacy Policy

Realada is a browser extension and website that helps real estate agents turn a listing they are authorized to advertise into a Facebook Marketplace post and a listing video. This policy explains what we collect, what stays on your device, how long we keep things, and who helps us run the service.
The short version
- Listings are read in your own browser, from the page you ask Realada to use. The listing details and photos are not sent to us — unless you choose to upload a video made from them.
- We keep your email, your subscription status, a record of each listing you prefill, and any videos you upload.
- We don't sell your data, use it for advertising, or put trackers on the website.
What we collect
- Your account. Your email address, used to create your account and send sign-in links.
- Your subscription. Whether you are on a trial or a paid plan, its billing interval and renewal date, and the reference that links your account to Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- A record of each prefill. When you prefill a Marketplace post, we record the MLS number, which MLS it came from, the time, and the statement you confirmed that you are authorized to advertise the listing. This is the record that the listing was advertised with your authorization.
- Videos you choose to upload. If you upload a listing video, we store the video file, its MLS number, its length and format, and the listing credit shown in it (the listing agent or brokerage), so you can watch it and share a link to it.
- Fill diagnostics. After a prefill, the extension tells us which Marketplace form fields it could not fill — field names from a fixed list, such as “Heating type” — so we can notice when Facebook changes its page. These reports contain no listing details, address or web address.
- Server logs. Like most web services, our servers log each request, including your IP address and the address requested. We use these logs only to run, secure and troubleshoot the service.
What stays in your browser
- Listings. When you enter an MLS number, the extension opens that listing on UtahRealEstate.com; when you paste a Realtor.com link, it reads the listing tab you have open. It reads only the page you asked it to, when you ask, and the details and photos it reads stay in your browser.
- Your work in progress. The extension keeps your sign-in, preferences, recently fetched listings, the listing you are preparing, and videos you are editing on your own device, using the browser’s extension storage. You can clear them by removing the extension.
- The website. The website keeps your sign-in in your browser’s local storage. It sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no third-party trackers. Videos you make in the website’s studio are made in your browser, and the photos you add to it are never uploaded.
- Facebook. The extension fills in the Marketplace form for you to review; it does not publish for you. It does not read your Facebook account, messages, or other pages. Once you publish, the post is governed by Facebook’s own terms and privacy policy.
How long we keep it
- Uploaded videos are deleted automatically 30 days after they were last viewed. You can delete any of them sooner from your Videos page or the extension.
- Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes, and a sign-in lasts up to 30 days before you are asked to sign in again.
- Your account, subscription and prefill records are kept while your account exists. The prefill records are the record of your authorization, so we keep them for as long as your account does.
Who processes your data
We share data only with the service providers we need to run Realada, and only for that purpose:
- Microsoft Azure hosts our servers, database and video storage in the United States.
- Stripe handles payments on its own pages and keeps your billing details under its privacy policy.
- Resend sends our sign-in emails.
We don’t sell your data, share it for advertising, or use it to decide on credit or lending. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Your choices and rights
- Delete uploaded videos at any time from your Videos page or the extension.
- Cancel or change your subscription from the billing page in your account.
- Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account by emailing support@realada.com. Deleting your account removes your videos and records from Realada; Stripe keeps its own payment records as the law requires.
Children
Realada is a tool for licensed real estate professionals and is not meant for children. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and its effective date, and tell account holders by email about significant changes.
