The service

Realada helps you prefill a Facebook Marketplace listing from MLS data you are authorized to advertise. You review and publish every listing yourself; the tool never publishes on your behalf.

Your responsibilities

• You must hold valid MLS access and the right to advertise each listing you post.
• You confirm authorization for each listing before prefilling.
• You comply with your MLS data license and Facebook's terms.

Billing

Paid plans are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis. Cancel any time from the billing portal; access continues through the paid period.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is." We aren't responsible for third-party platform changes (e.g., Facebook or your MLS) that affect functionality.
